We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and restrict access at our discretion.

2.6 Content Moderation & Enforcement

We explicitly reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines, including illegal, explicit, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may also suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate platform rules or pose safety risks. Statlas may review, moderate, and enforce these rules at its sole discretion.

2.6 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or granted at our discretion.

2.7 Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content, identity of users, or safety of interactions. Use at your own risk.

2.8 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

3. Community Guidelines

3.1 Purpose

To maintain a safe, respectful travel community.

3.2 Expected Behaviour

• Be respectful
• Share authentic travel experiences
• Engage positively

3.3 Prohibited Content

• Hate speech
• Harassment or bullying
• Spam or scams
• Illegal content
• Sexual or explicit content

3.4 Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts for violations of these guidelines.

Statlas is accessible globally. If you access Statlas from outside England and Wales, additional laws may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

7.1 United Kingdom & European Economic Area (UK / EU — GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under GDPR, including: right to access your personal data, right to correct inaccurate data, right to request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), right to restrict or object to processing, and right to data portability. We process personal data under lawful bases such as contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (platform improvement and safety), and user consent (where applicable, such as cookies or marketing). Where required, we implement safeguards for international data transfers.

7.2 United States (Including California — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including: right to know what personal information is collected, right to request deletion of personal information, right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. By using Statlas, you acknowledge: your content is public by design, messaging is not encrypted, we may monetise aggregated and anonymised insights, refunds are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for your activity on the platform.
